1. Parties and Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the website, online courses, mentoring, community membership, digital content and related services (the “Services”) provided by Anna Empower Wealth School (We.Empower), Square Ambiorix 23, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium, VAT BE0735696993 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Services, you (“you”, the “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1. The Services are intended for individuals aged 18+.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Programmes and Delivery
3.1. We provide educational programmes including (without limitation) investmentliteracy curricula, cryptocurrency courses (including current 6th cohort), stock/ETF modules, and optional VIP mentorship. Delivery may include streaming content, downloads, webinars, and access to private groups (e.g., Telegram).
3.2. Digital content may be provided immediately after purchase or on a scheduled cohort basis. Where digital content is supplied not on a tangible medium, special rules on the right of withdrawal and its exceptions apply (see Clause 10 and Refund Policy).
4. Pricing, Taxes and Invoices
4.1. Prices are shown in [currency] and, where applicable, Belgian VAT is charged.
4.2. You consent to receive electronic invoices. Belgium will mandate structured einvoicing for B2B from 1 January 2026; we reserve the right to issue/receive invoices via Peppol in compliant formats.
5. Payments
5.1. Payments are processed by trusted payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Additional processor terms and data processing terms may apply.
5.2. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is settled.
6. No Financial Advice; Educational Nature
6.1. The Services are purely educational and do not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice, portfolio management, or solicitation to buy/sell securities or cryptoassets.
6.2. Markets (including crypto) are volatile; no outcome is guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your decisions. See the No Financial Advice Disclaimer (incorporated by reference).
7. Community Access and Conduct
7.1. Some Services include access to private online communities. You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines (incorporated by reference).
7.2. We may moderate or remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All course content, text, videos, graphics, methods and brand assets are our or our licensors’ intellectual property.
8.2. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable licence for private, personal use during your access period.
8.3. You may not copy, record, share, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise exploit content without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection and Cookies
9.1. Personal data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy (GDPRcompliant) and Cookie Policy (banner with accept/reject/manage). Nonessential cookies operate only with prior consent.
10. Consumer Withdrawal, Refunds and Cancellations
10.1. If you are an EU consumer purchasing at a distance, you generally have a 14day withdrawal right. Exceptions apply, notably where digital content not on a tangible medium begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right once performance starts; and for fully performed services within the withdrawal period upon your prior request/acknowledgement (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
10.2. From 19 June 2026, EU law requires an online withdrawal function for distance contracts; we will provide a clear digital mechanism consistent with those rules.
11. Warranties and Liability
11.1. The Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant any financial outcomes.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Termination
12.1. We may terminate/suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, or nonpayment. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
13.2. Consumers benefit from mandatory consumer protections of their habitual residence; jurisdiction and applicable law rules under Brussels I Recast/Rome I may grant additional protections and limit forum selection against consumers. Subject to those rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Brussels.

2) Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Policy supplements our Terms & Conditions and sets out your withdrawal, refund and cancellation rights for distance purchases of our Services.
2. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
2.1. If you are an EU consumer purchasing at a distance, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs (i) for services/digital content from the day of contract conclusion; (ii) for goods (if any) from the day you receive them.
2.2. Exceptions: Your right does not apply (among others) to:
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal;
• Fully performed services within the 14 days, where you requested early performance and acknowledged losing the right upon full performance;
• Other exceptions listed in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
2.3. Belgium has transposed these rules into its Code of Economic Law (Book VI). Caselaw confirms a single withdrawal event for freetrialtopaid subscription flows when precontract information duties are met.
3. Exercising Withdrawal
3.1. Before 19 June 2026, you may withdraw by emailing [insert email] with a clear statement or by using our standard form. From 19 June 2026, you will also be able to use a digital withdrawal function on our website/account area. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium.
3.2. Timing: You must send the withdrawal within 14 days of contract conclusion (services/digital content).
4. Effects of Withdrawal; Refunds
4.1. We will refund all payments received (less any deductions allowed by law) within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
4.2. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to withdrawal. [legislation.gov.uk]
5. Cancellations Outside the Withdrawal Period
5.1. After the 14day period, cancellations are handled under programmespecific terms. For cohorts, we may allow deferral to a later cohort subject to availability and an administrative fee .

4) Community Guidelines
We built a supportive, professional women’s community. To protect members and ensure a premium learning environment, you agree to:
• Respect & Inclusion. Engage courteously. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• No Financial Promotions. Do not solicit, sell trading systems, “signals”, or investment products; no affiliate links or undisclosed advertising.
• Confidentiality. What is shared in the community stays in the community (subject to legal obligations). Do not publish private conversations or personal data of others.
• No Misuse of Brand or Materials. Do not present our name, logo, or content as your own; do not imply endorsement without written consent.
• Accuracy & Integrity. When discussing markets, share responsibly and avoid market manipulation, misinformation, or illegal coordination.
• Privacy & Data. Respect others’ privacy. We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and platform rules (e.g., Telegram acts as an independent controller under its own policy).
• Moderation & Enforcement. We may remove content or suspend access for violations, repeated spam, or risk to members. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal without refund consistent with consumer law.
5) Intellectual Property
• Ownership. All course materials, recordings, workbooks, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs and methods are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.
• Licence to You. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to access and use the materials for personal, noncommercial learning during your valid access period.
• Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted by mandatory law, you must not:
• record, copy, download in bulk, redistribute, republish, display in public, or resell the materials;
• remove or obscure notices of copyright, trademark or other rights;
• train AI models with our content without written permission.
• UserGenerated Content. Where you post content in our platforms, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royaltyfree licence to host, display and reproduce such content solely for community operation and promotion in anonymised form. You remain responsible for your content and must ensure it does not infringe thirdparty rights.
• Infringement Notices. If you believe your IP has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, contact [IP/legal email] with details (work identified, location/URL, proof of rights, your contact details). We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to infringing material.
